The Video Producer at Komatsu is a key leader within the Marketing Communications - Creative team , an internal agency of video, animation, photography, and design professionals supporting Komatsu’s North American region. This individual will :
- Lead Video Production : Oversee the internal video team and external partners, managing projects from concept to final delivery. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain professional quality.
- Content Strategy and Storytelling : Develop content plans and timelines that align with business goals, leveraging video and animation as key storytelling tools across marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Creative Vision : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs, generate creative solutions, and bring brand stories to life in an engaging manner.
- Resource Management and Efficiency : Manage team capacity and effectively utilize outsourcing budgets to maximize workload output.
- Content and Campaign Analysis : Support marketing strategies for content and media mix across channels.
- Cutting-Edge Techniques and Standards : Champion best practices and tools within the video production team.
- Effective Presentations : Lead creative meetings, presenting storyboards and timelines to secure stakeholder approval for design concepts.
