Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service / Warehouse Supervisor to join our Komatsu team in Gillette, WY. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse technicians, customer service specialists and transport driver.

Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Responsibilities are as follows :

• Supervise and assist with prioritizing customer requests for quotes, bids and lead times.
• Oversee and train employees on policies and procedures for order entry, return good authorizations and credit memos, review expediting and open order reports.
• Evaluate customer orders to determine accuracy and evaluate components based on availability.
• Act as the liaison between the CSR's and Account Managers / departments for major outages and parts purchases.
• Review order entry activity for proper data collection requirements
