Team Structure :
We welcome both established teams and individuals seeking partners, noting that our Union CBA guidelines provide senior drivers with first choice for team pairings. As you grow your career here at Komatsu, you will move up our Seniority list, which offers more options for team partnerships. While we currently operate a small crew of just 11 drivers (5 teams plus 1 fill-in), our routes re-bid annually based on seniority, providing opportunities to partner with other team members.
