Job Overview
The Adobe Platform Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will be responsible for managing data strategy, overseeing notification management and marketing automation, and performing hands-on tasks to support enhancements, incident resolution, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and alignment with business needs.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Journey Optimizer (AJO) to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Develop and manage the data strategy for AEP, ensuring proper data ingestion, transformation, and governance via CDP.
- Support notification management and marketing automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to enable targeted customer engagement.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting to resolve incidents, optimize workflows, and enhance platform efficiency.
- Oversee platform upgrades, security patches, and system configurations to ensure compliance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Implement monitoring tools to track platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Document best practices, platform configurations, and standard operating procedures to support ongoing enhancements
