- Maintenance, repair, service and inspection of the mining equipment
- Able to diagnose Mechanical, Hydraulic and electrical systems
- Adjust, repair or replace all defective equipment parts, components or systems serviced at customer sites
- Test the repaired equipment for proper performance
- Equivalent to complete accredited apprenticeship in a recognized trade, craft or occupation; or equivalent to a one year technical college education.
- Experience with motor controls, circuit's installations, reading and understanding schematics, PLC's, Digital Drives and general troubleshooting
- Knowledge on how to align couples on motors, transfer cases and gearboxes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar job experience an asset
- Equivalent to complete accredited apprenticeship in a recognized trade, craft or occupation; or equivalent to a one year technical college education.
