This position will supervise the Field Service Team, drive zero harm, customer relations and technical support. Manage budgeted revenue, margin and expenses. Manage projects, customer quotes, billable to jobs.
- Supervise and provide leadership for the field service team.
- Drive zero harm.
- Project management - job coordination and quoting.
- Communication with customers and Komatsu management team.
- Build field service teamtobudgeted head count
- Coordinate with other regions on manpower requirements
- Drive Field service utilization
- Technical support for both internal and external customers
- Education required - Mechanical engineering or technical experience with heavy mining equipment
- Shove and dragline experience
- Project management experience
- MSHA certified
- Ability to use a wide array of diagnostic, functional tools and specialty instruments
- Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills
- Flexibility with travel based on needs and overall company objectives
- Ability to understand specialized engineering terms and to explain engineering principles in common terms
- A valid driver's license
