Key Responsibilities
The Design Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new products and product improvements using 3D modeling software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure successful project execution.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing best practices for 3D drafting.
- Developing and maintaining accurate designs, drawings, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design, including knowledge of power transmission systems, machine components, piping, structural steel, welding, gears, motors, machinery, and fabricating processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (or SolidWorks), and Vault.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
