Komline is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead and drive its continuous improvement initiatives. This exciting opportunity involves leveraging innovative engineering and cutting-edge manufacturing to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
The Operational Excellence Manager will identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This includes educating and training team members through a mixed strategy of instruction and hands-on best practices to drive immediate value execution, process mapping, and Kaizen implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across Komline
- Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Train and develop team members on lean process by means of Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Lead rollout of Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri, X Matrix, True North, etc) as the business system matures to achieve breakthroughs for long-term strategy
- Build a team of self-sufficient continuous improvement leaders at key operational sites to drive daily best practices and waste reduction
- Report and quantify the impact of KBS and Komline's lean and continuous improvement program
