KOMPAN US is looking for a Technical and Spare Parts Specialist to work with customers and sales representatives to process warranty and maintenance-related parts requests for KOMPAN’s playground and outdoor fitness equipment.
The role will encompass identifying, ordering, and tracking parts orders while maintaining consistent communication with the requesting party.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and colleagues by answering incoming calls and emails to process quotes, claims, and orders for spare parts and warranties
- Receive, prioritize, track, and resolve requests from customers, sales representatives, and members of the installation team for parts requests
- Analyze technical documents and research historical installation information to determine warranty coverage for parts
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to respond to all requests and provide continuous communication in a timely manner
- Process quotes and create purchase orders for parts orders using Navision and CRM software programs, updating the requesting party with order confirmation and tracking information
- Collaborate with internal teams for warranty approvals and missing parts requests on active installations, while maintaining knowledge of warehouse inventory
