Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, hospitality venues, and residential properties. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to promote health and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts is beneficial.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• A commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
