We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
