What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager - Kona Ice/Travelin' Tom's position at Kona Ice of Central DFW?

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 12 pm - 9 pm (daily time frame may vary), may occasionally be "on call"
Prerequisite: Must be trained to work on both Kona Ice & Travelin' Tom's trucks prior to assuming duties of this position.
Facility Maintenance: Basic janitorial duties to include trash removal, keeping floor clean, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Commissary - keep clean, ready for health inspection. Keep tools organized & accounted for. Deliveries - manage location for delivered pallets, unpacking, etc.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain logs on each vehicle that include all maintenance completed, including oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Direct contact for onsite equipment maintenance vendors, such as Discount Tire, etc.
Complete online courses & attend certification courses at Korporate office. Fix truck issues that are reported. For issues that require further attention, schedule appropriate vendor to get handled asap. Create cleaning schedule that allows each truck to be deep cleaned, inside & out, at least once per week. Keep trucks current with supplies, pre-lists, etc. Maintain truck permits, know when they need to be renewed, get equipment ready for renewal/inspection process, schedule & take equipment to inspections, etc.
Inventory: Monitor all inventory...paper goods, flavors, truck supplies, etc. Supply list of what needs to be ordered. Follow up on orders, check orders for accuracy, handle incorrect orders, etc.
Ice: Monitor ice needs based on booked events. Maintain ice machines, including semi-annual cleanings and issues that may arise with ice productions

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a driver's license & a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check & drug test
- Must be able to tolerate heat/cold, outdoor climate
- Must be able to step up & down a 1 ft. step multiple times per day
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
