Kona Ice Cville is looking to add friendly, motivated Customer Service Reps to our 2025 season as either part or full time. We are a mobile shaved ice vendor serving Albemarle, Charlottesville and surrounding counties. We serve customers of all ages and venues including Daycares, Churches, Local Schools, Festivals, UVA, Sporting and Corporate Events. We even do Birthdays, neighborhood events and the occasional wedding.
Flexible hours with the opportunity for tips.
Every day we are working different locations and customers. Some of our bookings are high volume and extremely busy, while others are little slower paced. REQUIREMENTS
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be on time, dependable, warm personality, and have a positive attitude
- Able to work at a quick, yet efficient pace
- Able to do simple math (addition and subtraction) for cash transactions and process credit card payments using Square
- Team oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Can effectively communicate with people of all ages
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule - including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Comfortable working on your feet for a full shift
- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stock and clean truck, prep area in warehouse on daily basis
