We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our office. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
The primary purpose of this role is the responsibility of managing all Kona Equipment (trucks) and warehouse operations to include inventory control. This includes overseeing the receiving and handling activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met while being responsible for maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, storage, cleaning of all equipment and ensuring trucks are available for each event.
Kona Coordinator for Operations Responsibilities:
Directing, coordinating and planning work activities to ensure all Kona Ice equipment is cleaned, maintained and properly stocked for daily events
Ensure operation of equipment through daily evaluation and upkeep
Maintain weekly inventory to monitor all Kona Ice production supplies to include cups, spoons, napkins, sugar, flavor, ice, gifts, etc and parts.
Communicate inventory needs to Kona Coordinator for Administration to allow adequate time for the order and delivery of necessary supplies
Run errands as needed to facilitate the operations of Kona Ice to include purchasing needed supplies, tools, parts, etc
Review weekly event schedule to ensure all needed equipment is in service for upcoming events
Assist Owner with training, coaching and evaluating Team Members on equipment and troubleshooting
Track service of equipment and conduct equipment maintenance on regularly scheduled basis, to be performed on all Kona equipment
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures
Performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs including taking trucks to offsite locations for repairs
Office and warehouse cleaning as needed
Assisting with events as needed, especially during busy event times
Other duties as assigned by the Owner of Kona Ice of Hopkinsville/Clarksville
