Job Responsibilities
- Serve delicious shaved ice to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a fun experience for all guests.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment at event locations.
- Keep the serving area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the driver and team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years old (or meet state employment requirements).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
