Kona Ice of Nela (NE Louisiana)
We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our staff. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
Community Liaison Responsibilities:
Develop an in person presentation for client decision makers to promote our brands and products
Visit and promote Kona Ice/ Travelin' Tom's to schools, corporations, daycares, charities, etc.
Provide pricing & book events
Work with current customers to increase repeat business and with potential customers to make new sales
Maintain balanced effort to reach out to prospective clients, current clients, and lost clients
Document your efforts, recording contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. in Google Drive spreadsheet
Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and features
Follow up on new and existing leads, contacting at least 10 people per weekday

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with common business software (Microsoft Suite, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outside Sales Experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Excellent social skills, able to effectively promote our brands to the community
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, demonstrations and client meetings
