Mobile Barista/ Event Specialist

Kona Ice, Travelin' Toms and Beverly Ann's of the Bluegrass

We are looking for motivated and charismatic event specialists' (drivers) and baristas to join our local team. We're looking to fill full AND part- time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have opportunity to cross train to a barista position with Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck of the Bluegrass and serve fresh baked cookies and hand dipped ice cream from Beverly Ann's. This is a fast-paced, MOBILE, fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Kona Ice and Beverly Ann's event specialists (drivers) and mobile baristas need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working here is a perfect fit. Working with children and superior customer service is non-negotiable.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part and Full Time positions
• Compensation: $14- $15.00 per hour PLUS tips! Tips can increase your hourly wage by a couple dollars!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, specialty drinks, crafted shaved ice, hand dipped ice cream and fresh baked cookies with precision and care.
• Operate and manage our mobile coffee, Kona Ice and cookie trucks at events throughout central Kentucky.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Assist in event setup, promotion, and engagement with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace on the truck.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a great driving record
• Availability to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive experience for our customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
