In this role, you will be handling various responsibilities, including:
- Answering Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Pricing and Booking Events: Providing accurate pricing and booking information for events.
- Scheduling and Confirming Events: Coordinating event schedules and confirming details with customers.
- Assisting Owners: Supporting the owners with daily tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Preparing and Delivering Supplies: Preparing and delivering necessary supplies to trucks as required.
- Event Support: Participating in events as needed to provide support and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
