Marketing Assistant at Kona Ice you can loosely expect to play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, executing campaigns, managing analytics, and assisting with Google Ad campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
● Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Manage and optimize Google Ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
● Assist in maintaining and updating our website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (current college students may be considered)
● Previous experience in marketing or a related role is preferred, but not mandatory.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Google Suite platforms, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
● Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.
● Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
● A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
