As a Kona Ice Support Krew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, organizing, and distributing various products and supplies essential for the functioning of Kona Ice mobile units. This position requires attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:

·        Receive incoming shipments of Kona Ice products and supplies.

·        Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.

·        Document and report any discrepancies or damages.

Inventory Management:

·        Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.

·        Conduct regular inventory counts to track stock levels.

·        Rotate stock and ensure the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed.

Order Fulfillment:

·        Clean, stock and prepare KEVS for Kona Ice mobile events.

·        Ensure timely and accurate stocking of KEVs

·        Coordinate with management to load and dispatch KEVs.

Quality Control:

·        Monitor product quality to meet Kona Ice standards.

·        Report any quality issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Organization and Cleanliness:

·        Keep the warehouse and KEV’s clean and organized.

·        Arrange products and supplies in a systematic manner (FIFO) for easy retrieval.

·        Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. Obtain a San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card.

Communication:

·        Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and delivery drivers.

·        Provide feedback on inventory levels and potential issues.

Equipment Operation:

·        Operate warehouse equipment such as push carts, dolly, miscellaneous tools, safely and efficiently.

·        Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.

·        Move KEV’s safely as needed.

Documentation:

·        Maintain accurate records of received and dispatched goods.

·        Complete necessary paperwork related to inventory and orders.

Qualifications:

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

·        Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks.

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work in a team-oriented or solo environment.

·        Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

·        Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

·        Commercial driving experience

·        Current CDL with clean DMV driving record.

Working Conditions: This position involves working in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures. It may also require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
