What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Kona Ice?
Kona Ice of SW Jackson Co.
We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. Servers must be at least 15 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.
**Servers will drive to various locations around the Rogue Valley for their shift, depending on the event**.
Our servers, might be asked to work at the warehouse from time to time, stocking, making flavors and assisting management with back of the house duties.
Our servers will have limited part-time hours. mainly during busy events, holidays or end/beginning of school year functions. Our serves can grow into Driver positions, starting at age 18.
Kona Ice Server Responsibilities:
Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

We are a seasonal business with events starting in March and ending near November 1st. Server shifts start closer to May - ending at the end of Oct, but may vary.
