Responsibilities
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized medical environment.
Experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification recommended but not required.
- Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with EPIC EHR system.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
- Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform tasks according to established protocols.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
