Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapeutic procedures that can greatly impact children’s lives. You’ll work one-on-one with children and families in their homes, helping them learn new skills and reach new milestones.

- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans
- Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience,

- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates
- Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with
- Reliable Transportation
- Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
- Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
