Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapeutic procedures that can greatly impact children's lives. You'll work one-on-one with children and families in their homes, helping them learn new skills and reach new milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans
- Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience,
collaborate with other team members and learn about skills in ABA
