Role Description
Konare Law seeks an experienced and passionate Immigration Attorney specializing in removal proceedings to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immigration law, particularly in the context of removal defense, and will have a proven track record of successfully representing clients in immigration court.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling removal proceedings and representing clients in immigration court.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients facing deportation.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures related to removal defense.
