Job Description:
- Retain, grow, and add value to key accounts
- Ensure customer's performance goals and account management objectives are met or exceeded
- Manage daily customer communication and equipment performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Prepare and present account performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related industry
- In lieu of degree, 7-10 years senior account management or sales management experience
- The ideal background will bring understanding of sales and operations of all business lines, financial acumen, and collaboration skills ranging from written to verbal
- General management experience is desirable
