As our Customer Solutions Specialist ,you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring minimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experience. You will also use the knowledge gained through your Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or another relevant field) or several years' experience in elevator business field operations.
Hiring Requirements :
Engineering / Business / Technical background
Good understanding of KONE product applications, and order engineering processes.
Product application experience.
Good analytical skills.
IT literacy. Fluent in MS Office, Excel, and Word skills.
SAP knowledge
Experience of elevator industry and capability to survey and assess existing equipment.
Good communication skills, both written & spoken.
Customer focused with excellent attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of KONE elevator products and processes.
Basic knowledge of competitors’ technical solutions
Knowledge of supply engineering

The hiring range for this role is $96,400 – 132,550. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan (50 / 50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
