POSITION TITLE: Data Integrity Specialist
REPORTS TO: Data Integrity Team Lead
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
With the help of Efecte, review requests from Engineering, In-side sales, Service and other groups to create System Data for Production orders and Purchase orders. Create and check BOMs, load manufacturing routings, review cost analysis in SAP. Person must work with other team members, Engineering, Order entry, In-side Sales, Purchasing, Service and Manufacturing groups.
Daily, the new employee will have to take requests from multiple groups to set up parts in SAP application software to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

Understand manufacturing processes for in-house components

Storage of obtained information for future use in SAP

Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Working in a production planning environment
EDUCATION: College degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent work experience required; experience related to manufacturing practices and/or information technology is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Prefer manufacturing experience in reading engineering drawings. Must have basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Candidate must have valid drivers’ license and able to travel between plants (West Allis and Watertown).
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Position requires use of software such as Efecte, SAP, Teamcenter and Alfresco. Previous experience with these programs is preferred.
