POSITION SUMMARY
POSITION TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain customer account information and system access settings in the CRM system.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns
- Social Media posting and management (responses, sharing, re-share, engagement, commenting, paid social campaigns)
- Design and distribute email communications to distributors, including refreshing contact lists / GDPR compliance tasks
- Coordination of content projects and updates
- Coordinate distribution, follow up, and categorization of leads received by the marketing team.
- Assist in event coordination for customer, training, and internal events
- Update content and graphics as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE: Some experience in B2B marketing a plus. Must have well-developed PC, verbal, and written communication skills. Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Act-On, Google Analytics, Drupal, Wordpress, and CRM systems is a plus. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize the coordination of number of tasks and projects happening at the same time.
