We are a small, independent insurance agency located in Phoenixville, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a Property & Casualty License. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including handling renewals, quoting new accounts, initiating claims, and communicating with insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage client information and process insurance documentation efficiently.
- Ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must possess a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Proven experience in Insurance Service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in using Windows-based computers, Outlook, and various insurance rating software.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; strong grammar skills are essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience in an office setting.
