Konesens Development supports equity and inclusion by fostering community and economic development through corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability (ESG) consulting, and nonprofit capacity building.
We are seeking a social justice inspired Human Resources professional to join our team to support our nonprofit capacity building practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is inspired by the possibility of a better world and wants to use their skills and professional experience to help community based organizations attain their social impact goals.
This role requires the candidate to be an effective communicator who will develop and implement training and technical assistance on various topics in Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage training and technical assistance from design to delivery, liaising with other Konesens Development team members.
- Develop customized technical assistance to meet the needs of the community-based organization.
- Continually measure the impact of training and technical assistance, report performance, and recommend/implement improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge / subject matter expertise in human service organizations, community based organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Skilled in written and verbal communication – very strong presentation development skills required
- Strong business acumen
- Creative, decisive, collaborative, insightful, responsive, socially conscious, demonstrates empathy, able to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
