Job Description
As a Pharmacy Representative, you’ll be the face of our pharmacy, driving business growth by forging and nurturing relationships with local doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Your role is all about connecting with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our pharmacy can be their trusted partner in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Business Development: Identify and engage with physicians, clinic managers, and hospital administrators to promote our pharmacy services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting, trust-based partnerships with healthcare providers through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
- Education & Advocacy: Highlight the benefits of our modern pharmacy solutions—think fast delivery, competitive pricing, and tailored medication management—to potential clients.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of local healthcare trends and competitor activity to refine our approach and offerings.
- Event Participation: Represent us at medical conferences, networking events, and community health fairs to boost our visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years in sales, business development, or a related field (pharmacy or healthcare experience is a BIG PLUS!), Medical background of any sort is highly recommended!
- Language: Spanish or Russian speaking is PREFERRED
- Skills: Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You’re a natural at building rapport and closing deals.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Long Island healthcare landscape or a willingness to dive in and learn fast.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!).
