Due to the growing demand for our dynamic simulator services globally, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy Simulation team in Houston.

We deliver full-scale dynamic process simulators, covering everything from wells and pipelines to topside facilities and export. As a Project Manager, you will not only manage projects professionally but also take on additional responsibilities. You will oversee a portfolio of customers and sites, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit from our services through after-sales support and continuous engagement.

What You Will Do

• Fulfill contractual obligations towards customers and sub-contractors.
• Establish and maintain overall plans for activities related to the planning of design, implementation, testing, integration, and delivery.
• Manage project economy and reporting.
• Ensure timely execution and progress of all project activities and allocate project members to these activities.
• Conduct after-sales activities towards existing customers in close cooperation with the Digital Energy Customer Success and Growth teams.
• Perform all work according to the working methods set out in our Business Management System (BMS).
  
  
  

You Are a Person Who

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Preferably has a PMP certification.
• Is self-driven with a positive attitude and good cooperation skills.
• Has relevant work experience with proven results.
• Communicates clearly with diverse audiences, both orally and in writing, and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Possesses leadership and interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion.
