Koniag Emerging Technologies (KET), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Management Analyst Level II to support KET and our government customer in the Metro DC area. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Emerging Technologies LLC is seeking a Program/Management Analyst Level II to provide analytical and advisory support in various program-related activities, including developing program criteria, monitoring contracts, analyzing processes and procedures, and implementing best practices. This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, two to four years of relevant experience, and demonstrated knowledge of Federal regulations in the area of specific need.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The Program Management Analyst Level II will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Advise in developing program criteria to be utilized in Statements of Work.
  • Aid management with monitoring executed contracting tasks.
  • Assist in analyzing and improving knowledge of management processes and procedures.
  • Research and use government and private sector best practices to measure and improve customer service, approval workflows, and processing timelines.
  • Analyze a large number of financial, program planning, bilateral, and program evaluation documents for standard and ad hoc reports, as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on best practices for data input, document standardization, organization, and storage; identify recurring issues that should be addressed by management.
  • Assist in coordinating the interpretation and adaptation of available guidelines/SOPs to specific work-related issues; aid in analyzing issues (e.g., workflow, delegations of authority, or regulatory compliance) and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
  • Assist in developing SOPs for areas identified as potential risks or vulnerabilities to the INL's management control structure.
  • Assist subject matter experts with the development of training modules for INL-sponsored training workshops and distance learning courses based on policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service skills, project management knowledge, and a related understanding of the program office needs and mandates.
  • Work closely with INL program office staff and managers, as well as stakeholders at U.S. embassies overseas and other U.S. federal agencies, to provide support on implementing agreements, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • For a position in the U.S., must be a U.S. Citizen or legal U.S. resident; for a position outside the U.S., any citizenship (U.S., Third Country National (TCN), and Local National (LN)) is allowable.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two to four years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal regulations in the area of specific need.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating organizational change.
The Program/Management Analyst Level II plays a crucial role in providing analytical and advisory support in various program-related activities, including developing program criteria, monitoring contracts, analyzing processes and procedures, and implementing best practices. With two to four years of relevant experience, the successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different agencies and organizations.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
