Job Summary:
Koniag Energy & Water is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the energy and water sectors. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs while supporting the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the energy or water industry.
- 3 years of experience in electrical sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Office Location and Travel:
In-office: This position requires a regular in-office presence, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Occasional travel to other local and out of state business sites, conferences and meetings may be requested.
