Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Bozeman, MT.
Custodian:
General Cleaning:
Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas.
Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.
Specialized Cleaning:
Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.
Restroom Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors).
Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Disinfection:
Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). Clean and disinfect common areas.
Equipment Care:
Inspect equipment for cleanliness.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
Exterior Duties:
Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.
Support Tasks:
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Assist with setup/cleanup for special events.
Compliance:
Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.
Reports to Lead Custodian.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Covers various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
Prefer high school diploma.
Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls
Experience in custodial care projects and able to lift 50 lbs.
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
Must be dependable, hardworking, conscientious, cooperative, and able to work independently.
Custodial, carpet, and floor care experience.
Certifications:
Preferred-Advanced Custodial Technical Certification from the CMI
