Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an authority on AI technologies, trends, and best practices within the organization.
- Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's products and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI applications.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy across the organization.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events as an AI thought leader.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI and related fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Develop research and development proposals on AI applications for the federal government.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience with AI implementations
- Experienced with Cloud and System Engineering
- Experience in Technical Writing for Policy and Planning Documentation
- Experience with project roadmaps and planning and tracking multiple, disparate teams
- Experience authoring and presenting Executive Level documentation and briefs
- Professional Skills:
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
- Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Must have a deep understanding of cloud migrations, software development lifecycle and cybersecurity requirements for the federal government.
- Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.
- Secret Security Clearance required.
