Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- The Program Manager shall be one of the senior level employees provided by the Contractor for the work effort.
- The Program Manager shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
- The Program Manager shall perform day-to-day management of overall BPA support operations.
- The Program Manager shall be available to the Contracting Officer Representative via both telephone and email for a typical 8-hour workday within the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.
- Have and maintain current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- In addition to the educational and certification requirements, the Program Manager shall also have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in performing program management support services for IT and Logistic Programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives.
- Master’s degree in business management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
