Responsibilities
- The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract.
- The Program Manager shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
- The Program Manager shall perform day-to-day management of overall support operations.
- The Program Manager shall be available to the Contracting Officer Representative via both telephone and email for a typical 8-hour workday within the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in programs of similar size, scope and complexity that include Central Utility Plant operations.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives.
- Active Top-Secret Security Clearance.
