Marketing Automation Administrator

Overview

Konica Minolta is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Administrator: Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) / Pardot Administrator to join our growing team! In this exciting position, you will lead the MCAE / Pardot implementation activities that enable us to effectively reach our target audience throughout the digital buying journey. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM and marketing automation strategies with business goals.
• Work closely with other team members and cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns in Pardot, leveraging expertise in Engagement Studio, dynamic content, and other advanced Pardot features to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
• Set up and manage marketing-related objects and functionality within Salesforce (ie. Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities) and MCAE / Pardot (ie. MCAE Engagement Studio, SFCE Campaign Influence)
• Review and manage lead scoring and grading models
• Work collaboratively with content and design teams to optimize channel performance (email, social posts, etc.) based on data, content layouts, CTA’s, etc.
• Recommend and implement marketing automation best practices within MCAE / Pardot and Salesforce, including non-native integrations.
• Experience with integrating Pardot/Salesforce with third-party tools like Google Analytics, Zoom, and other marketing tech stack components.
• Troubleshoot errors and identify and implement modifications to ensure automations function effectively and efficiently
• Manage the flow of marketing data into MCAE / Pardot and Salesforce
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce and MCAE / Pardot processes and configurations.
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce and MCAE / Pardot functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze the technical performance of automations, campaigns, and CRM activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and MCAE features and best practices, proactively implementing improvements to keep Konica Minolta ahead of the curve.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop personalization strategies, quantify, test, and refine the program to maximize effectiveness.
• Maintain and enforce departmental SOPs, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, and marketing automation
• Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification required
• Knowledge of Salesforce including Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
• Experience in developing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows and CRM data management.
• Possess knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, best practices, and platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools to enhance targeted marketing efforts and drive account engagement
• Ability to build strong relationships internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors.
• Analytical mindset, able to extract meaning from processes and data and use this to optimize the team’s approach.
• Innovative, curious, and proactive in finding ways to improve process, efficiency, and customer experience with technology.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
