Responsibilities
- Create and manage internal communications including employee newsletters, intranet content, and company announcements while tracking engagement metrics
- Support CSR program implementation by documenting initiatives, coordinating volunteer activities, and maintaining sustainability reporting
- Draft compelling content for internal and external audiences highlighting company's social impact, sustainability efforts, and employee engagement
- Assist with employee engagement events and programs, including coordination, communication, and participation tracking
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for CSR metrics, employee participation, and program impact while creating regular progress reports
Required Hard Skills:
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
- Writing/Content Creation - Strong proficiency
