The Accounts Payable Intern will assist the Accounts Payable team with the supplier various types of invoices processing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various project
- Reviewing vendor statements
- Processing invoices
- Matching invoice to PO
- Reconcile statement to the account vendor/supplier account in SAP
- Pulling copies invoice in SAP to provide on sales tax audit
- Clearing wire payment against the invoices posted in SAP.
- Supporting the team with special inquiries.
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university
- Accounting or Finance major preferred
