What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Engineer - M365 position at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc.?
- Design, develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to meet KMBS business requirements.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor the performance and usage of Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide guidance and expertise on project roadmaps related to M365.
- Aid in regular audits and assessments of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 usage.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365-related projects.
- Assist in the migration of data to Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications
- Occasional travel may be needed.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 20lbs as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
