Responsibilities
Develop Go to Market IPP Business Plans for the overall Region and each Market supported.
Create a uniformed sales process for AccurioWide & Packaging for Field Reps & Specialists.
Identify key applications that fit inside our Industrial Print portfolio.
Articulate TCO advantages with our AccurioWide, AccurioLabel & Packaging products.
Assist in customer/prospect strategy, relationships, proposals, demonstrations and partnerships.
Train our Production Print Specialists on the Konica Minolta AccurioWide & Packaging portfolio.
Collaborate with Direct & IP Teams developing Pipeline, Activity & Forecasting for AW, AL & PKG.
Establish High level customer and prospect relationships.
Assess Sales Skills of our Commercial Print Specialists in supported Markets and create a customized training path along with Direct Management to improve skill sets and develop our people.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and work processes throughout the selling process.
Drive company objectives of profitable IPP hardware, sales and service revenues.
Emphasize customer retention and growth along with strategic initiatives of systemically connecting more production/industrial/multifunction print hardware and solutions.
Embrace and support CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
10 years sales work related experience in the industrial & production print (IPP) industry
Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas
Background in selling Wide Format, Packaging & Labels
Strategic product and prospect knowledge of Wide Format, Packaging, Label & InkJet products/solutions in the market.
Current on industry trends, challenges, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Strong knowledge of competitive strategy, equipment, applications, and solutions.
Strong Presentation and communications skills.
Must possess time management and organizational discipline.
Mac and software knowledge required.
Salary : $67,000 - $123,000
