Stager

Basic Function:

This position is responsible for selecting and organizing all necessary components to assemble a complete product. This includes identifying and gathering parts from inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality, and preparing the components for assembly. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of product specifications to ensure everything needed for the assembly process is available and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

• Review product specifications and assembly instructions to determine required components.
• Select, organize, and verify the correct parts needed for each product.
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards before staging for assembly.Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Work closely with assembly teams to ensure timely delivery of staged components.
• Monitor and maintain the workspace to ensure a safe and efficient staging process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with missing or incorrect parts.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferably in a

manufacturing environment.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
