Production Supervisor

Burnett County, WI | Direct-hire | $65,000-$75,000 Bonus & ESOP | Onsite

Konik is partnering with a manufacturing client in Burnett County, WI that wants to add a Production Supervisor to their team. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader to support day-to-day operations and optimize the performance of our manufacturing facility. This individual will be pivotal in managing the maintenance department, ensuring molds and equipment meet the highest operational standards. Additionally, this role involves evaluating team performance and developing staff for growth opportunities.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of mold construction, maintenance, and repair, ensuring top-tier production capabilities.
Strategically plan, purchase, and manage equipment, guaranteeing that all operational needs align with production demands.
Establish and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing processes to support efficient workflow.
Uphold and enhance quality control measures, ensuring all manufacturing processes meet industry standards.
Optimize cost efficiency while delivering on customer commitments regarding timelines, quality, and compliance.
Lead hiring, training, and onboarding initiatives, bringing in top talent to strengthen our team.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship, fostering professional growth and performance improvement among plant personnel.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on safety, engagement, morale, and teamwork.

Production Supervisor Requirements

5 years of hands-on experience in mold repair, design, and maintenance.

2 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.

Proficiency in CAD software—essential for mold design and equipment planning.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address challenges related to equipment, production quality, safety, and team dynamics.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration across departments.
