Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Project Manager to their team to work on earthwork projects.
Construction Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project budgets, and monitor financial progress throughout the project
- Maintain consistent communication with the field team, and proactively update and engage with clients
- Bid work, review and negotiate contract terms and subcontractor contracts
- Organize and gather project details to ensure successful execution of projects
- 5 years of experience managing utilities and/or earthwork construction projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to fully understand project scope, documents, and estimates
- Experienced in preparing bids and takeoffs
