Field Service Technician
Chicago, IL (Midwest Travel) | Direct Hire | $38-$41/hour
Konik is partnered with a growing automation company that is adding a Field Service Technician to their team to serve clients throughout the Midwest.
Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test equipment on electrical and mechanical issues
- Integrate customer operations and train customers on equipment
- Audit equipment and promote services, retrofits, etc. that help customers reach their needs
- Service machinery and provide technical support to customers
Field Service Technician Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience working with controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electromechanical equipment
- PLC troubleshooting experience; Fanuc Robot experience a plus
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
- Previous experience in a traveling role
