Konik is partnering with a local Architectural and Engineering firm that is seeking an Architectural Specification Writer for their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Spec Writer. As an Architectural Specification Writer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining technical specifications for projects, covering Divisions 1-14 of the CSI format. You’ll collaborate with the architectural team, manage product selections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes. Specification Writer Responsibilities :
- Write and edit project-specific technical specifications (Divisions 1-14, CSI format).
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and product vendors to ensure project quality.
- Review architectural shop drawings and incorporate industry standards and codes.
- Maintain and update master specifications, including reviewing new products.
