The Project Manager is responsible for estimating, proposing, and coordinating projects primarily for national clients, focusing on fire alarm systems, intrusion, video surveillance, and access control. This role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and multi-tasking to handle a high volume of project activity. The Project Manager will work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Project Manager - Fire & Security Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business development, clients, and vendors to assess project opportunities and solutions
- Design project scopes and work with teams to create accurate estimates
- Prepare proposals, SOWs, warranty statements, and other project documents
- Oversee fire alarm and security system installations, ensuring adherence to schedules, codes, and safety standards
- Manage material and equipment pricing, delivery, and returns
- Track project costs to meet profit margin goals
- Coordinate administrative tasks with operations and finance teams
- Stay current with industry standards, technology, and best practices
